Housing Information

Tamarack Employee Housing is a ‘shared living’ arrangement in which employees share a fully furnished 3 Bed 2 Bath home. We assign 2 individuals per bedroom.
Rent is currently $375.00 per month (subject to change), and includes: utilities, snow removal, lawn care, trash, and local phone. Rent is deducted from each weekly paycheck.
Tamarack requires a refundable $300.00 Damage Deposit per person.
No pets permitted in Employee Housing.
No smoking permitted in Employee Housing.
Employee Housing is located approximately five miles from Tamarack Resort, and employees are provided with free shuttle service to and from the resort.
If you prefer or require unique housing aside from this ‘shared living’ arrangement, we have many resources in the area to help accommodate such needs.
