Calendar of Events

Seven Devils Playwrights Conference is dedicated to the development of new American plays from the playwrights' perspective. Playwrights selected for the Conference are invited to spend two weeks in McCall, Idaho writing, re-writing and rehearsing their plays with a talented company of directors, actors and dramaturgs. Each play is then presented as a fully staged reading at McCall's Alpine Playhouse. In addition to playwrights selected via play submissions from across the country, four playwrights from the McCall/Donnelly High School playwriting class are chosen to take part in the Conference. Student playwrights are mentored by professional playwrights, and go through the same process of rehearsals, re-writes and staged readings. http://www.sevendevils.org/index.html
